I worry about the state of control and individual freedom in the future and the impact of surveillance. I am constantly aware of monitoring in my own environment. It is a fact that I am constantly being watched and monitored. I want to protect my privacy in future and I want to change this development.
I photograph locations, activities, technological developments, and people who are actively involved in these control systems. If you cannot perceive the network, you cannot act effectively within it, and are therefore powerless. The job, then, is to bring these things to light, to make them visible.
